Nutritional Therapy

Look Beyond the Symptoms. Discover What Your Body Needs.

Your body is unique. Your nutrition should be too.

You may be eating healthy foods, trying different diets, exercising, or doing many of the things you have been told are good for you—and still not feel your best.

Maybe you’re experiencing digestive discomfort, low energy, poor sleep, inflammation, stubborn weight changes, cravings, or simply a sense that something feels out of balance.

Sometimes the answer isn’t another diet.

Sometimes it’s learning to better understand your own body.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I help you look beyond individual symptoms and explore the different factors that may be influencing how you feel.

Because your body doesn’t function in separate parts.

Everything is connected.

How you feel is part of a bigger story. Symptoms that seem unrelated may share underlying patterns, and the place you notice discomfort may not reveal everything influencing it.

Through a nutritional therapy lens, we explore those connections. Alongside what you eat, we consider how well your body digests and uses nutrients, how consistently it is fuelled, and whether it has enough opportunity to rest and recover.

We also make room for your emotional experiences, daily demands, and habits. These help us understand both what your body may need and what makes caring for yourself difficult.

Together, we connect the dots between your symptoms, health history, nutrition, and everyday life. That understanding guides practical, personalized choices, helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence in caring for your health.

What Is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a personalized, whole-body approach to supporting health through nutrition and lifestyle.

Instead of asking only, “What should I eat?” we look deeper.

How well are you digesting your food?

Are you absorbing the nutrients you’re eating?

How balanced is your blood sugar?

Are you properly hydrated?

How are you sleeping?

How much stress is your body carrying?

What foods and daily habits truly support you?

These pieces can influence one another, and understanding those connections can help us see a bigger picture of your health.

At the heart of Nutritional Therapy is bio-individuality—the understanding that every body is different.

What works beautifully for one person may not be what another person needs.

Our goal is not to fit you into a particular diet or wellness trend. It is to better understand your body’s individual needs and find practical, sustainable ways to nourish and support it.

What We May Explore Together

Digestion & Gut Health

How well your body breaks down food, absorbs nutrients, and responds to the foods you’re eating.

Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health

How your meals and daily habits may be influencing energy, cravings, appetite, mood, and weight.

Energy & Fatigue

Looking beyond tiredness to explore nutrition, sleep, stress, blood sugar, and other factors that may be affecting your energy.

Inflammation & Physical Well-Being

Exploring food and lifestyle choices that can support a healthy inflammatory response and greater physical comfort.

Sleep & Stress

Understanding how stress and sleep influence digestion, metabolism, energy, and overall well-being.

Nourishment & Nutrient Balance

Looking at the quality and variety of your food and whether your body is receiving the nourishment it needs to function well.

Connecting the Dots

Your body doesn’t work in separate parts. Why should your approach to health?

Digestion influences how you absorb nutrients.

Blood sugar influences energy and cravings.

Stress can affect digestion and sleep.

Sleep can influence metabolism, mood, and energy.

And your emotional experiences can affect how you feel, how you respond to stress, and even how you care for yourself.

Rather than looking at each concern in isolation, we begin connecting the dots.

Together, we explore what may be influencing how you feel and identify meaningful changes that fit your body and your life.

My role isn’t simply to hand you a list of foods to eat and avoid.

I want to help you understand your body, reconnect with its needs, and feel empowered to make conscious choices that support your health.

Supporting Your Emotional Well-Being

Nutrition is an important foundation of health.

But we are more than what we eat.

Emotional stress and the experiences we carry can influence how we feel—emotionally and physically. Sometimes we hold onto emotions for years without realizing how much energy they require or how they may be affecting our overall well-being.

This is why I also incorporate Emotional Unwind Experience (EUE), a technique I learned through Dr. Frank Springob (researcher, practitioner and teacher of Biofield Testing™), when it is appropriate for the person I’m working with.

EUE offers a gentle way to become more aware of emotional burdens and patterns and to work toward unwinding emotions that may no longer be serving us.

For me, this is another expression of something I deeply believe:

Everything is connected.

Our nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, emotions, thoughts, lifestyle, and physical well-being are all part of the same person.

Sometimes supporting the body means looking at more than food.

Personalized Nutrition With Metabolic Balance®

For those who would benefit from a more structured and individualized nutritional approach, I also offer the Metabolic Balance® Program.

As a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, I guide clients through a personalized nutrition program developed using individual blood values, health information, and personal goals.

The program focuses on whole foods, balanced nutrition, and developing sustainable eating habits to support metabolic health and weight management.

This Isn’t About Perfection. It’s About Awareness.

Healthy living isn’t about following every new diet, eating perfectly, or doing what works for someone else.

It’s about developing a better relationship with your own body.

Your body communicates with you every day—through your digestion, energy, appetite, sleep, cravings, mood, and how you feel.

The more you understand those signals, the more consciously you can respond.

And that is where my philosophy of Conscious Choices comes into this work.

Every small conscious choice, can create meaningful change over time.

Remember. Reconnect. Rejoice.™

01

Remember

Remember that your body has its own unique needs. Remember that you have more influence over your health and well-being than you may realize.

02

Reconnect

Reconnect with your body. Become curious about its signals. Learn to listen rather than fight against it, and discover what truly supports you.

03

Rejoice

Create space for greater energy, vitality, balance, and enjoyment of life—not through perfection, but through a healthier and more connected relationship with yourself.

Your Body Is With You for This Entire Journey

We spend so much of our lives caring for everything and everyone around us.

Your body deserves that care too.

Learn about it.
